Business Details and Production Items

· T/C: This is an alloy with very high hardness created through plastic processing of tungsten carbide and cobalt powder. With excellent wear resistance, it is used in the manufacturing of dice, plug, cutter, and roll. The lifespan of products made with T/C is far longer than that of steel products.

· Dice, Plug: These are frames used in the plastic processing of metal, such as forging, drawing, extrusion, and pressing. The fe- male molds of products are sculpted using steel materials. The material subject to molding is inserted in between two of these molds, and then forged or pressed.

· Bush: Bush plays a role to guide the accurate locations of drilling or reaming to make holes on a workpiece.

· Punch, Pin: This is a mold frame used to make holes on a workpiece, or process the heads of bolts, rivets and any similar parts.

· Semiconductor mold, cutter, gage
- Mold: Semiconductor injection mold is used.
- Cutter: Cutters are divided into rolling cutter to cut or make a groove on a product as well as fixed and mobile cutters that are used to cut rods as a set.
- Gage: This is an instrument used to measure dimensions, such as diameter and thickness. It is mainly used for inspection of batch production in small quantities.
· Roll/TC Housing: This is used in steelmaking and galvanizing, and as a shaft guide for aluminum plates. Roll/TC housing is used to roll a steel plate with rolls on both sides.
